Kiel’s ‘Acai’ cleanser

Kiels Acai Damage Minimizing Cleanser

Kiel’s ‘Acai’ Damage-Minimizing Cleanser ($24.50)

When I first stumbled upon Kiel’s ‘Acai’ Toning Mist (check out my review post here ), I was so blown away by the quality of the product, that I decided to try facial cleanser from the same line. And I’m glad I did.

Kiel’s Damage-Minimizing Cleanser is 100% natural organic product, that is sulfate, paraben and silicon free. Being known as valuable antioxidant, acai berry helps detoxify skin and protects it from environmental dirt and oxidative damage. It also fights redness and discolorations, and restores skin’s elasticity and improves its tone. That’s what the company promises, and they have yet to disappoint.

The cleanser is non-irritating, with soothing and moisturizing qualities to preserve skin’s natural moisture barrier. It feels very gentle and mild, but easily removes makeup and leaves skin soft, clean and refreshed. It seems to be a good fit for my combination (normal to dry) skin, as it eliminates dryness and makes skin look healthy. I use it once a day in the morning, and my skin feels velvety afterward, with a fresh rosy glow. The cleanser creates a nice foam, which makes it easier to distribute all over the face,  and smells great too.  I usually spritz a bit of ‘Acai’ Toning Mist after I cleanse my face to make the fresh feeling last longer. Another plus – a little dollop of this ‘Acai’ cleanser goes a long way. It was definitely worth a shopping trip.
