Lancome ‘Hypnose Drama’ Mascara ($24.50)
Ladies, this is big, as in big, bold and beautiful lashes. The ‘Drama’ is finally out, successfully joining my favorite trio of all times – DiorShow Black Out, Hypnose and L’Extreme from Lancome (check out my post ‘My Favorite Mascaras‘).
The new ‘Drama’ has the blackest black color, builds up voluminous lashes with just one coat and lengthens them at the same time. Apply 2 coats, and you get yourself huge, luscious, silky, fanned-out, dramatic lash look. This mascara doesn’t clump or flake, and is easy to take off with either an eye makeup remover or any kind of a face cleanser.
The curvy s-shaped brush makes product application a snap. I coat my upper lashes with an inward curve, which also helps to curl them a bit at the same time. And for the lower lashes I turn the brush and apply mascara with the outward curve. Don’t know whether that’s how it’s supposed to be done, but this technique works for me perfectly. I think I’m going to stick to this product for a while.
