What you need to pull this off is a perfect canvas, i.e. the skin has to be carefully prepped. I’d start with foundation or tinted moisturizer, and concealer where needed, then set it all with a touch of powder. Groomed brows are important for framing the eyes. After that a generous amount of pearly white shadow goes on the upper lids, and a light swipe of it on the lower lids. It has to be blended into skin well, so don’t do it in a hurry. Couple of coats of black or blue mascara work well with white shadow. Apply light pink blush and tinted lip balm to finish the look. I’d also skip highlighter this time to avoid the allover glow, it’s perfect just on the eyes.
